Our Story
I founded LilyRose Health Institute because I believe every child deserves a prepared adult.
Throughout my nursing career, I witnessed the challenges school nurses face in accessing affordable, high-quality training, practical resources and ongoing professional support. These gaps can directly affect how confidently and effectively healthcare needs are addressed in schools.
I created LilyRose Health Institute to help bridge that gap by making specialized school health education, hands-on training and practical resources more accessible to school nurses, school districts and the adults entrusted with children's care.

Meet Marnell
Marnell DuJour
BSN, RN, CPN, NPD-BC · Founder
Marnell DuJour is a registered nurse and board-certified Nursing Professional Development practitioner with more than 16 years of nursing experience spanning pediatric and adult care, school health, gastroenterology, endoscopy, interventional radiology, clinical education and professional development.
She has served as a system clinical educator and university clinical instructor, and she is a CPR, First Aid and AED instructor.
